Cancellation Policy & Spa Etiquette

My cancellation policy is quite simple: If you show for your appointment and I’m not here, your service is half price. If I’m here for your service and YOU don’t show up, your credit card on file will be charged for ½ the service price. I have reserved a time for you that others may have wanted, please understand that I respect and value your time and I appreciate the same! A simple 24 hour notice is all I ask, as I may be able to fill that time slot.

*A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking; otherwise, payment must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

*Checks or Cash are the preferred methods of payment due to the increase in Credit Card Merchant fees.

Spa Etiquette~ I just love good manners : )

*This is YOUR time for relaxation, as much as I love children; I have 2 handsome ones of my own (grown now, thank God), please refrain from bringing your precious ones to wait, they WILL get bored and you will not receive the relaxation that you SO deserve!

*If you are running late, please call ahead to ensure that I will have enough time to complete your service before my next guest arrives. Please keep in mind that your service may be shortened so that I may be ready for my next appointment on time.

*If running more that 20 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and the full amount of the appointment will be charged to the credit card on file, half of the payment will be credited to your next appointment.

*OH, remember to turn your cell phone down, place it on a soothing ring tone, or let it vibrate. Nothing can ruin a relaxing time more than a loud cell phone!

PLEASE, do not ask me to change my policies, or argue your reasons why I should change them. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
